What is Employee Engagement?
From the employee perspective:
The emotional attachment employees feel towards their place of work, job role, position within the company, colleagues and culture, and the effect this attachment has on well-being and productivity.
From the employer’s point of view:
employee engagement is concerned with using new measures and initiatives to increase the positive emotional attachment felt and therefore productivity and overall business success.

A unique feature of the Genos Model of Emotional Intelligence is that with two or more participants who have five or more Direct Reports are participating in a Genos Survey, an optional Employee Engagement Survey can be activated. This eight question survey will confidentially measure the engagement of the identified direct reports with the organization and will be presented as part of a Group Report.
